Why carryback costs you money
Material that sticks to the belt after the discharge point falls under the conveyor, builds up on return rollers and pulleys and pushes the belt off track. A correctly installed belt cleaner solves most of these problems.
Primary cleaners
Installed on the head pulley, primary cleaners remove most of the carryback before it leaves the discharge area.
Secondary cleaners
Installed behind the head pulley, secondary cleaners remove the fine material that remains on the belt.
Selection and installation
We help select the cleaner for your belt width, belt speed and material, and can install and adjust it on site.
