Rollers decide how long your belt lasts
Conveyor rollers carry the belt and the load, so their quality decides how long the belt lasts and how often the line stops. A seized or worn roller damages the belt, wastes energy and can become a fire risk. We supply rollers selected for the material, belt speed and environment of your conveyor.
Carrying rollers
Carrying rollers support the loaded belt on the top side of the conveyor. They are usually fitted in trough idler frames that shape the belt and keep the material on it.
Impact rollers
Impact rollers are installed at loading points, where heavy or sharp material falls onto the belt. Rubber rings absorb the shock and protect the belt from cuts and tears.
Return rollers
Return rollers support the empty belt on its way back. For sticky material, self-cleaning return rollers with rubber discs or spiral rings reduce build-up and help keep the belt running straight.

We supply trough and flat idler frames for standard belt widths, as well as special frames built to your drawing.
